Overall, earning these badges contributed greatly to the tech-related skills I gained throughout this course. Each badge encouraged the research and understanding of various aspects of tech-enhanced learning, such as gamification, problem-based learning and the various aspects of TPACK. Using this method, rather than a textbook, was much more interactive and engaging, as I was able to navigate my own way through my learning, while using the tech skills learned throughout the course. This 'quest' really demonstrates the technological base of the course, not only through knowledge that is presented within the course, but the skills that are learned and enhanced through the interaction of various technological tools.
